Heya, it’s Yaron 
MGG (Moonbeam Governance Guild) and 2nd term Treasury Council member from Berlin, Germany.
With Moonbeam & Moonriver I’ve been engaged since prelaunch and deeply submerged in all of Gavin’s brainchild’s ecosystems along the way.
For a number of parachains and system parachains in the DotSama ecosystem I’ve been operating ExtraCoin nodes for some years.
As I was previously elected for the Treasury Council before twice, this marks my third TC candidacy post — for an extended introduction and blockchain related background I’ll refer to my previous introductions, qualifications and background info:

Most recently I was elected as member of the MGG (Moonbeam Governance Guild) becoming a major Delegate on Moonbeam, fostering my deep involvement in the MB ecosystem.
For 2025 (highly likely) rather big changes are coming to the Treasury and with that to the Treasury Council. Based on Gauntlet’s consultancy the MBF proposed a number of changes. Tl;dr much more firepower for the Treasury & more competency moving from the Foundation towards the Treasury Council.
For my potential term in 2025 H1, I would be aiming at (1) keeping the level of efficiency in terms of expense/quality we have achieved for our current main agenda of funding free & high quality RPC services in the ecosystem.
As for the increased responsibilities of the TC coming up, I was given insights into the current annual expenses and while the exact numbers are not to be disclosed publicly at this time, to me the expense of oracles stood out significantly which (2) would be my aim to looking into finding ways to decrease.
Aside from that I’d be very much looking forward to the fun of tackling new tasks and in synch with my precious, shiny Council colleagues!

++ As for motivation: I’m super-extremely-highly motivated serving another term as it’s been nothing short of a dream-job for me so far with fantastic colleagues && lots of things I learned along the way && a real impact made && 2025 promising to be even more of that!
