As an engineer responsible for end-to-end product development with 13 years of seniority, I am familiar with the hurdles and challenges faced during the product journey. My customer-facing role has taught me how to manage expectations, effectively communicate concerns, and share potential solutions along with related scenarios.
Additionally, I serve as a Council Member for the Engineers Trade Union, gaining valuable experience in administration and fostering internal communication across diverse viewpoints to reach consensus and implement solutions.
I started my crypto journey following Gavin Wood’s activities in 2017. Over the years, my experience—particularly as CMO at Iceberg Nodes, operating staking services for Polkadot, Kusama, Moonbeam, and other major parachains—has given me a broad perspective. This allows me to identify key aspects of new projects/programs, particularly in relation to the common good of the network and ecosystem.
As a moderator, I maintain continuous contact with the community, keeping me attuned to public sentiment on various topics. Gathering feedback from all stakeholders is a key priority for me.
In November 2023, I was elected by the Moonbeam Community, and since January 2024, I have been serving on the Treasury Council, having been confirmed twice by community votes. This experience has solidified my belief in the immense potential of the Moonbeam Project, especially after seeing firsthand the dedication and expertise of its team.
Motivation for Applying:
I am deeply committed to advancing the best interests of Moonbeam and Moonriver, particularly in light of future challenges and opportunities (Proposal MR64).
Serving on the Treasury Council over the past months has further strengthened my motivation. I am now more convinced than ever that this service is vital to the well-being of the community and the success of the project.
I trust my judgment and my ongoing engagement with the community to make informed decisions regarding treasury management.
Conflicts of Interest:
I serve as CMO at Iceberg Nodes, focusing on community support and, specifically, staking-related issues. While I disclose this for transparency, I see no conflict of interest in this role. On the contrary, I believe there is synergy: staking thrives when the network grows stronger, and vice versa.
Availability:
I am available for 10–14 hours per week and am always flexible with scheduling.
Supporting Information:
My daily activities on Telegram, Discord, and the Moonbeam Forum are a testament to my commitment.
