Hallo here it’s Michele,
Moonbeam Governance Guild & Treasury Council member from Rome, Italy.

I am an automotive engineer responsible for end-to-end product development with 13 years of seniority in a Japanese Corporation. My customer-facing role has taught me how to manage expectations, effectively communicate concerns, and share potential solutions along with related scenarios.
Additionally, I serve as a Council Member for the Engineers Trade Union, gaining valuable experience in administration and fostering internal communication across diverse viewpoints to reach consensus and implement solutions.

I started my crypto journey following Gavin Wood’s activities in 2017.
Over the years, my experience — particularly becoming CMO at Iceberg Nodes :ice_cube: , operating staking services for Polkadot, Kusama, Moonriver & Moonbeam, plus other major parachains — has given me a broad perspective.

    I simply think that Sicco is a great pillar of MB world and for sure he will bring a significant added value to our Treasury Council: looking forward to work with him!!!
