gm everyone
I’m very proud & happy to announce I am now part of the MGG program
That’s a new journey for Moonbeam Governance, with new players and potentially a lot more proposals. I’m really looking forward to it!!
Network: Moonbeam
Referendum ID: 79
Proposal title:#79 [Proposal: 79] Return PINK and NCTR from Failed TX
Your votes:
Aye
Reason:
Aye. Users shouldn’t lose funds because of misconfigured transfers.
Network: Moonbeam
Referendum ID: 80
Proposal title:#80 Recover a user’s Manta tokens from contract address
Your votes:
Aye
Reason:
Aye. Even if the user might make a mistake contrary to #79, we have the technical opportunity to help him. Let’s do it
I decided to support historical members of the Treasury committee because I’m happy with their previous work. @dev0_sik + @_yrn + @Michele_Amurri were the ones I chose & get elected after. I’m sure they’ll do a great work for this season.
Proposal title:#90 Direct 80% of PBR Inflation to Treasury on Moonbeam
Your votes:
Aye
Reason:
Aye! This vote is following Gauntlet recommendations that can be found here.. I believe this is a good move as it will allow the Treasury to receive more tokens to fund the ecosystem’s activities continuously. Also, more importantly, this is the first step before increasing the percentage of fees burned from 80% to 100%.
Proposal title: #91 Authorize Upgrade of Moonbeam to RT3400
Your votes:
Aye
Reason:
Aye! Always in favor of RT upgrade.
What I like the most about RT3400 is the decrease of minimum gas price. The second interesting one is foreign assets are now being registered as EVM natives.
Proposal title: #100 Batch proposal to close channels between Moonbeam and Polkadex
Your votes:
Aye
Reason:
Aye, closing non-functional channels is as important as opening new ones. I don’t think there are much activities between both chains at the moment so I’m in favor of this.
Network: Moonbeam
Referendum ID: 101
Proposal title: #101 Burn 100% of Transaction Fees on Moonbeam
Your votes:
Aye
Reason:
Aye, I was very excited by this idea when I discovered it in Gauntlet recommendations. I’m really happy to follow this path. I would add that being able to modify such important parameters of the protocol via an on-chain vote is extremely satisfying. Big aye!
Proposal title: #107 Authorize Upgrade for Moonbeam to RT3600
Your votes:
Aye
Reason:
Aye, I’m always in favor of Runtime Upgrades. Notable add here is the reducing Moonbeam self-bond to 500k GLMR
Network: Moonbeam
Referendum ID: 108
Proposal title: #108 Proposal to Register Snowbridge Asset ETH, USDC, USDT & DAI
Your votes:
Aye
Reason:
Aye, this is very exciting. It’ll bring native ETH assets to our chain, and allow deFi projects to create & incentive pools with wrapped/native assets. Looking forward to it!
Proposal title: #109 Proposal for migrating all substrate based assets to EVM foreign assets on Moonbeam
Your votes:
Aye
Reason:
Aye, I like this idea a lot. As I mentioned in a recent X thread, this technical evolution aligns with the perfect EVM-compatibility that Moonbeam is pursuing.

Referendum ID: 110
Proposal title: #110 Whitelisted Authorize Upgrade to RT3601 on Moonbeam
Your votes:
Aye
Reason:
Obvious aye. A critical bug had been identified in the Polkadot-SDK by the Bittensor’s team. As a MGG delegate, I have to vote as fast as possible to update the chain in case of events like this one.
Proposal title: #113 Authorize Upgrade for Moonbeam to RT3701
Your votes:
Aye
Reason:
Aye, always voting in favor of Runtime Upgrades.
Network: Moonbeam
Referendum ID: 114
Proposal title: #114 Transitioning the Moonbeam Treasury to Stablecoin Payments
Your votes:
Aye
Reason:
Aye! Volatility in crypto is something we can’t escape; however, we can mitigate it by taking appropriate actions. I’m totally in favor of this proposals that was created by the Treasury Council (cf this topic). Converting 25% of the treasury over 6 months sounds like a reasonable measure
Network: Moonbeam
Referendum ID: 115
Proposal title: #115 Cancel Referenda #111 and #112
Your votes:
Aye
Reason:
Obvious aye. Both refs (111/112) were created by mistake. It’s OK to cancel them.
Proposal title: #116 Changing Moonbeam inflation to linear model
Your votes:
Aye
Reason:
Aye. I thought a lot about the ideas expressed in this topic. Switching to linear model inflation doesn’t seem to have many drawbacks but only positive impacts, imho. It’ll reduce the max number of GLMR tokens minted over the years while keeping a sustainable & secure model for collators/delegators. I also particularly appreciate the fact that this proposal is coming from an active community member, so s/o @legendnodes ! In the end, I wish someday the model will switch to deflationary, but that’s another topic.
Network: Moonbeam
Referendum ID: 117
Proposal title: #117 Extend the Term of the Current Treasury Council Until December
Your votes:
Aye
Reason:
Aye. I believe the current Treasury Council members are doing an excellent job. In order to continue leading the DCA model they created for the Treasury, I believe it’s obviously a good idea to let them continue their work until it’s fully done.
Proposal title: #118 Authorize Upgrade to RT3702 on Moonbeam (via Whitelist)
Your votes:
Aye
Reason:
Aye: always in favor of RT upgrades.
Network: Moonbeam
Referendum ID: 119
Proposal title: #119 Authorize Upgrade to RT3702 on Moonbeam via Whitelist
Your votes:
Aye
Reason:
Aye, same as the previous one.
Network: Moonbeam
Referendum ID: 120
Proposal title: #120 Appointment of Sicco Naets as Moonbeam Foundation Treasury Council Member
Your votes:
Aye
Reason:
Aye, despite the sadness of Lina leaving, Sicco is a great leader and has my entire trust.

Referendum ID: 121
Proposal title: #121 Update XCM Fee Amounts
Your votes:
Aye
Reason:
Aye, this proposal is changing how the XCM messages are paid using foreign tokens. Using the relative price of a token with the native Moonbeam token seems like a good idea to me. Only downside I see is that it creates a dependency on CoinGecko, which I’m not a big fan of.
