Hello, i have my moonwell on the Moonbeam(GLMR) network stored on my trustwallet. I have been struggling to swap it to base network because it requires me to deposit GLMR through moonbeam again which i can’t get on any exchange
I successfully bridged my GLMR in time, however I was staking MOVR and that page does not seem to exist anymore, what is happening to MOVR?

I have the same question as you. I had all my MOVR staking under one collator, where are they know? Why dont you explail how and when will MOVR´s migration take place. This is a huge scam.

And you don’t reply to emails, I have sent three now asking for help with my staked GLMR.
I had no idea that this was happening,… thats right, I have a life and don’t monitor everything every day. A three week window (considering 7 days to unstake) is outrageous.
What do I do?
Will you ever reply to the emails sent beginning August 1?
There are MILLIONS of GLMR still in staked pools, seemingly locked up now and gone forever. Why would you do this?
A transition of this magnitude takes months, or years. Weeks? WHAT?

We are talking MILLIONS of GLMR tokens where holders, other than me, are still in the dark as to this surprise and filthy, dirty act of betrayal. And yes, that is exactly what has happened: with no automated snapshot reboot (auto-allocation to base) this is beyond a horror, it is a theft. Far larger than a con or rug pull, this appears a calculated theft. The repercussions will be massive and swift.
Worse, a calculated and pitiful end to the protocol where everyone loses. It’s not fair. It’s wrong. And it should never have been allowed .. I mean, WHAT THE HELL WERE THEY THINKING?

The public migration window closed on July 31, 2026, at 23:59 UTC, and both migration bridges are no longer processing transfers.
If you missed the deadline, you have 60 days to contact 
helpdesk@moonbeam.foundation and submit a late claim. Each case will be reviewed individually.
Please include the following in your email:
1. Wallet address
2. Token held (GLMR or MOVR)
3. Amount
4. Where your tokens are located (staking, democracy, cold wallet, etc.)
5. Reason for missing the migration

* Never reply to emails from similar-looking addresses.
* Never share your seed phrase or private keys with anyone.
Missing the 60-day claim window may result in the permanent loss of access to your tokens.
As of August 1, Moonbeam and Moonriver are in Maintenance Mode. Block production continues, but all user transactions are disabled and will be rejected.

That’s all well and good, but the reality is that I have been waiting 9 days for a reply to emails sent to that address and have heard nothing.
Now, I know they are busy. But, nine days speaks volumes. Do they even intend to write back or action the emails?
how can a i contact the moonbeam support? is there any forum or email address?
