The Moonbeam active collator set for all three networks (Moonbeam, Moonriver, Moonbase Alpha) is special because it includes individuals and organizations from various backgrounds and of varying sizes. Working with @Jim_CertHum , decided to use the submitted Moonriver proposal as a baseline for Moonbeam as well since it captured community comments that can work for both networks.
