  • Reasoning: This is a very well thought-through and well layed-out proposal. Highly recommend following the great discussion in the forum post. To me, the obvious benefits clearly outweigh the rather minuscule risks, mainly the risk of operation unprofitability for node operators for a prolonged time. Not only could these changes be reverted in a somewhat timely manner, but first and foremost Moonbeam node operations are still profitable, expected to stay so for a long time and have been very much so in the past. Backup nodes are not a strict requirement and I would not expect network performance to suffer in any way at all. My two cents. So great to see this be put forward from within the node operator community. AYE!

  • Reasoning: Having met Sicco Naets irl and looking at his track record, for the TC to have him as the 2nd Moonbeam Foundation member would be an absolutely great thing for the Treasury Council on so many levels. Heard rumors Aaron and Sicco are a super duo!
