Voting Yes– As seen in MR64 for Moonriver. Shifting the Parachain Bond Reserve to the treasury is a major shift in the right direction for Moonbeam. PBR is no longer required with the new functionality of purchasing cores for parachain runtimes! More importantly shifting the PBR to the treasury, provides improved community growth. Whether its development, RPC node running or other initiatives. I am very interested in seeing how the treasury extra ~14M GLMR funds annually will contribute to the improvement of the community. Eventually we’ll vote for support in favor of RT3500 to bring 100% of the PBR to the treasury piggy banks.

Voting Yes– Fully support extending the grant program candidacy to 12 months and increasing the compensation amount. Tad bit sad to see the break away from the traditional 6 month elections, but grant programs take a significant amount of time to review, validate and onboard. A lot of time there are several moving parts that makes completing the grant within 6 months very diffucult. As to the current elected members, fully support their work. They are doing an awesome job and so extending to 12months I dont see any particular issues.
