Background && Contributions
My involvement with Moonbeam and Moonriver began before the first Kusama crowdloan. I contributed to both network’s slot auctions, completed Take Flight, and later served as Moonbeam Ambassador for Germany, co-moderating the German Telegram with the GOAT @dev0_sik.
My experience running validator and collator nodes across multiple of parachains, system chains, and relay chains in the DotSama ecosystem gives me a very practical understanding of all aspects of operating decentralized infrastructure. This hands-on perspective is especially valuable when reviewing and assessing technical RPC proposals within the Council.
Motivation
During my last term on the Treasury Council, I co-authored the Transitioning the Treasury to Stablecoin Payments initiative which will significantly improve capital efficiency and reduces payout volatility.
As a side project, I built and open-sourced Payoutor and Payoutor Web — tools that automate payout calculations and on-chain operations, directly improving Council efficiency and shortening the overall time-to-payout.

As a member of the Moonbeam Governance Guild, I support governance participation and educational outreach through delegation Reports and deep-dive posts, such as my explanation of Moonbeam’s XCM Sovereign Account Governance.
What to Expect
Stablecoin payments remain strategically complex, especially during periods of high volatility. Maintaining our current implementation strategy while staying adaptable will be essential. Key areas I plan to focus on include integrating MOVR into the stablecoin payout framework, evaluating alternatives to sovereign account usage (which currently requires root proposals), and examining routing and liquidity options beyond the Omnipool. My priority is to help shape a payout system that serves both the Treasury and its beneficiaries reliably and efficiently.
In parallel, I might continue building automation and streamlining tools that reduce operational overhead for the Council.
Conflicts of Interest
I operate validator and collator infrastructure across several chains in the broader ecosystem and have recently joined the Moonbeam Orbiter Program. If any conflicts of interest arise, I will disclose them immediately and abstain from voting on related proposals to maintain full integrity and transparency.
Boost of Interest
Running a Moonbeam Orbiter
Longtime GLMR & MOVR staker
