unfortunately, here at Moonbeam, there’s not much we can do, as the chain is completely decentralized, and we don’t have access to user funds. this means we can’t freeze GLMR / MOVR or block it on any account

That’s a really sad message to hear…
According to the block explorer, it seems your address initiated the unstaking by itself and then the transfer to the hacker, which would mean that your private key had been compromised.
You should never re-use this wallet.
I would recommend you invest in a hardware wallet as this would prevent something like this from happening in the future.
