During the internal testing phase, an issue was identified and promptly resolved. We will soon propose a new Runtime 2401 version to address this matter. We will maintain the previous schedule as planned.

The Moonbeam Foundation plans to cancel Runtime 2402 on Moonriver within the next 24 hours due to issues identified by contributors during testing. These issues will be corrected in Runtime 2403 and will roll out on both Moonbeam and Moonriver.
Since the issues were discovered prior to the upgrade completing, they had no impact on the network. Runtime 2403 brings many valuable new features such as Vote Delegation and ERC20-XCM Transfer. Timing on Runtime 2403 will be announced shortly.
