Abstract - RT4202 introduced a default gas limit of 16_777_216 restriction for transactions to be compatible with EIP-7825. However, this isn’t needed on Moonbeam since there are other controls in place to ensure safe operation of the chain. Moreover, this limit is causing problems for some ecosystem projects.
Details - This proposal is to authorize an upgrade to RT4203 via whitelist to change this limit to 35_000_000.
