[Proposal: 67 & 68] SORA Networks Proposal to Open/Accept HRMP channel and Register Assets

The new proposal still has an issue that was reported when Proposal 67 was put for voting. Proposal 68 suggests that all registered assets have UnitsPerSecond set,this means that all of these assets can be set as XCM fee asset. We recommend teams to set only 1 XCM fee asset and that in this case SORA should be used as the XCM execution asset when also transferring other tokens.
