Staked GLMR missed Bridge Deadline

Hi Team,

Sadly, like many others, I have also missed the deadline to bridge to Base my staked GLMR tokens on Moonbeam.

Is there a way to recover my tokens .

Hello,

I missed the standard GLMR migration deadline of July 31, 2026 (23:59 UTC) for bridging my tokens from the Moonbeam parachain to Base. I am writing to request an individual review of my case for late migration. My tokens were staked with the usual stake pool.

Details of my holdings:

  • Wallet address: 0x32F3f418921a2fc67EF6d780CC0b7F20453A8189
  • Approximate GLMR balance: 2377 GLMR

I understand the standard bridge at migrate.portal.moonbeam.network/migrator is no longer available. Could you please advise:

  1. Whether a late claim / recovery process is currently possible for self-custodied balances like mine
  2. What evidence or documentation you require from me to verify ownership and process the claim
  3. An estimated timeline for review

I have can provide screenshots of my wallet balance and transaction history if needed.

I missed the 31 July 2026 public migration window. Your own posts said late claims would be reviewed if we wrote to helpdesk@moonbeam.foundation, with a window until 30 September 2026.

I emailed that address on 23 August 2026 and again today, 2 September 2026.

No ticket. No reply.

Address (Moonriver + Moonbeam, same EVM account):

Still locked:

• MOVR: in staking in Nova Wallet

• GLMR: in staking in Nova Wallet

Nova shows both networks as PAUSED. Unstake/withdraw hangs on fee calculation. There is no transferable balance, so I cannot use the migration portal.

Please confirm this case is in the late-claim queue and tell me what else you need (screenshots, staking proof). Silence until 30 September is not a review.

The public migration window closed on July 31, 2026, at 23:59 UTC, and both migration bridges are no longer processing transfers.

If you missed the deadline, you have 60 days to contact :e_mail: helpdesk@moonbeam.foundation and submit a late claim. Each case will be reviewed individually.

Please include the following in your email:

  1. Wallet address
  2. Token held (GLMR or MOVR)
  3. Amount
  4. Where your tokens are located (staking, democracy, cold wallet, etc.)
  5. Reason for missing the migration
