I was unaware of the migration requirement and the July 31, 2026 deadline. As a long-term holder storing my tokens in a Ledger hardware wallet, I did not see the migration announcements in time.
What can I do now to recover my GLMR?

Missed the GLMR & MOVR Migration Deadline?
The public migration window closed on July 31, 2026, at 23:59 UTC, and both migration bridges are no longer processing transfers.
If you missed the deadline, you have 60 days to contact 
helpdesk@moonbeam.foundation and submit a late claim. Each case will be reviewed individually.
Please include the following in your email:
- Wallet address
- Token held (GLMR or MOVR)
- Amount
- Where your tokens are located (staking, democracy, cold wallet, etc.)
- Reason for missing the migration

* Never reply to emails from similar-looking addresses.
* Never share your seed phrase or private keys with anyone.
Missing the 60-day claim window may result in the permanent loss of access to your tokens.

If you sent an email in early August but haven’t received a response or had your token migration processed, please send the following details to @venomousz or @SvPatrik on Telegram
1/ Date the email was sent
2/ Email address used
3/ Wallet address
4/ Token (GLMR or MOVR)
This will help us verify whether your email was successfully received and allow us to follow up accordingly.
