Proposal:
Abstract - This is a proposal to cancel referendum #92 which was created in error.
Details - Recently, the RPC Service Providers that were selected for funding for Q4 of 2024 and Q1 of 2025 were asked to submit a treasury proposal for their Q1 2025 payment. (For example, Dwellir was instructed to do so here .)
Unbeknownst to the Treasury Council and to the RPC Service providers, a recent runtime upgrade actually broke the Gov V1 treasury proposal flow due to a deprecation a key function.
